22 fountains appeared in Kazan in 2013. "Dancing" cascades begin near the Kazan Kremlin and the Millennium Square and stretch along the entire Bulak River.

The Fountains Cascade comes to an end in the wide Nizhny Kaban Lake, where a large light-musical fountain with 30-meter jets is installed. In the evenings streams of water are illuminated with colored lights, and the main fountain becomes the scene of the beautiful and large-scale light and music show. This is a wonderful place in the center of Kazan where one can easily reach the Staro-Tatarskaya Sloboda.
