"Erding Farmstead" open-air museum is an excellent opportunity to get outside of the historical center of Erding. People come here to see a farmhouse, a farm and much more, restored as it was in the XIX century. A huge plot of land was allocated for a museum in 1985. It took 7 years to put the territory in order and arrange an exhibition.
In the territory of the "Erding Farmstead" museum complex you can see dwelling houses with carefully recreated interior of the time, sheds, a barn, a pasture, a chapel, a granary, an inn and a forge. You can visit the museum with the whole family, since it will pick children’s interest as well. The territory of the museum is well-tended. During warmer months your eyes will be delighted by truly idyllic landscapes.
