Pedestrian Tsvetnoy Boulevard with an amusement park was opened in Tyumen in 2004. The circus building is located in the northern corner of the park. In front of it one can see the bronze figures of the most beloved Soviet clowns: Yuri Nikulin, Karandash and Oleg Popov. A pony sculpture is behind them, and it is believed that if one makes a wish and rubs the pony's forehead, it will come true.
The city's largest fountain attracts attention on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. In the warm season in the evenings there is a music and light show here. There is a belief that relates to the sculpture of a girl in front of a fountain: if the lovers embrace her, it will bring them happiness in their life together. In addition, there are other unexpected sculptures on Tsvetnoy Boulevard: a dancing couple is set up near rotunda, and a motorcycle sculpture is behind a large arch. A wonderful view of the boulevard guarantees a Ferris wheel in the center of the park.
