An ambitious architectural project "Moscow City" (Moscow International Business Center) in the Russian capital was nicknamed "Dubai in the center of Moscow". Construction of the skyscrapers quarter has been going on since 1995. In 2016, there were already 13 towers here out of 16 scheduled ones.

The skyscrapers of the "Moscow City" house offices, business centers, residential, entertainment and shopping complexes. Tours of the "Moscow City" quarter are arranged, with visits to several viewing platforms. The highest of them is a panoramic platform at a height of 238 meters on the 58th floor of the Imperia Tower. In winter, an ice rink surrounded by a glass fence opens on the roof of the 85-storeyed skyscraper "OKO".
