The Church of the Nativity is an example of patience and mercy of the citizens of Krasnodar, who had been collecting money for eight years and carried out building works on their own free will, so that this church was opened in the "Yubileiny" residential district on the Kuban River bank in 2000. Good deeds are done right behind its fence, as the "Rozhdestvensky" orphanage has been working here since 2005, from where non-indifferent people take orphans to their families. Nearby are the buildings of the "Russian Orthodox School", where children from the 1st to the 11th form study.
Many parishioners of the Church of the Nativity are members of the community, which organizes benefit dinners, gives presents to the needy families and holds cultural events. The main shrines of the temple are the particles of the relics of 21 God-pleasers, the list of the miraculous icon of the Mother of God "Vsezaritsa" and a big icon of the holy martyrs of Emperor Nicholas II with the imperial family. There is a chapel in honor of the icon of the Mother of God "Life-Giving Spring" in the territory of the church, where everyone can collect artesian drinking water. In 2016 a monument to unborn children was opened here. A winged snow-white angel holds a baby in arms and blesses him. The five-meter sculpture is meant to help future parents make a choice.
