Adler trout fishery exists since 1967 and is considered to be the most large-scaled one in Russia. In 80 basins with artesian water, the most valuable trout species are grown here: Kamloops, Donaldson, rainbow and amber trout breed. In addition, salmon "Kumzha" is bred here, which is found only in the Black Sea, as well as carp, sturgeon and sterlet.
Adler trout fishery is located on the way from Adler to Krasnaya Polyana. The factory tours show tourists a documentary. Guests have an opportunity to fish and catch not only trout, but also carp, perch, carp, carp, crucian carp, catfish. The freshly harvested products of the farm smoked, stewed, fried, baked, as well as fish broth or solyanka (a thick soup of vegetables and meat) can be tasted at a tasting cafe.
