A hundred year old Villa Köster is one of attractions of the Neumünster Rencks Park. It was built in1902 for a textile industrialist Friedrich Hanssen. Later, the founder of thetannery Emil Köster settled there. The villa is a two-storey neo-baroque mansion withcolumns, a balcony, and an oval pediment.

Inside you will find unique interiors with finelypreserved old staircases and ceilings. Outside there is an alley withchestnuts, beeches, and yews, as well as a curious sculpture park.
