Legoland- Germany’s most popular entertainment park – is at 25km fromUlm, near the Bavarian town of Günzburg. Legoland is one of the six thematiclegolands in the world. It was built in 2002 from 50 million Lego blocks.Miniland is the park’s central area. In it you can see different cities andcountries in miniature. Berlin, Frankfurt, Venice, Holland and Switzerland, Swabian village, the Port of Hamburg, Munich Airport, NeuschwansteinCastle are a stone's throw from each other.
The Legoland also features sevenscenes recreated from the Star Wars movie and the figure of the Jedi GrandMaster Yoda. And for those who want to see all this beauty from a bird's-eyeview must rise to the 43m-high observation tower. You can travel in the park bythe Legoland Express train. The Lego factory displays how blocks are producedfor the designer. The amusement rides in the park are designed for all ages andlet the children feel, for example, in an airplane or a ship. In a separate zoneyou can learn to drive a lego car and get a driver's license. There are manyother interesting zones for children and adults, such as the zones of the Pharaohs,pirates, and extreme adventure.
