The most unusual house in the city is Happy Rizzi House office building built by architect Konrad Kloster as per the design of the famous artist James Rizzi from New York. The drawings of the future construction were created very quickly, in just a few months. The house was built in 2001 on the outskirts of the city, on the site of the former ducal residence. The building consists of two parts and is painted in purple, green and pink. Most of all it reminds a page from a comic book or a game console. The idea of the design belonged to gallery supplier and provider Olaf Jeschke: its implementation took nearly two years. Since this is private property, the building can be viewed only from the outside.
