Since 1803 near Pskov there was a modest Catholic church. Raging wars and years of hard times have left nothing but memory from it, and only at the beginning of the 21st century Catholics have regained their spiritual center.
Now the Church of the Holy Trinity is the only Catholic church in the Pskov region. The temple is engaged in charity: it purchases and distributes scarce medicines, works with dysfunctional families and distributes free lunches. Since 2012 the temple has acquired an organ and invites fans to the concerts of organ music.
